Business is relationships, and Lilogy takes pride in building long-standing successful working relationships based on opportunity pro- curement, proper planning, and dedicated execution carried through along with a tireless work ethic and unquenchable thirst for knowledge.

Tapping into their diverse and influential network, Lilogy has always kept an open mind combined with a sophisticated approach to new opportunities, which has pioneered their reputation as a go-to firm for manufacturing, sourcing and fulfillment, PPE supply, small businesses, real estate investors, CEO’s, and leaders of industry pursuing avenues in fringe markets.

Lilogy’s core principles surround outworking the competition, while maintaining equitable integrity and building strong bonds that are given proper attention and relationship nourishment. “You can’t do bad business with good people” is a proven company mantra.

Having earned reliable faith and trusted credibility with industry titans and influential investors, Lilogy is able to give life to viable opportunities, after a thorough vetting process, of course. Prior success stories include facilitating the growth of a burgeoning real estate empire, building out an extensive proven supply chain networks for PPE items during a commodity starved craze where there were blowhards and shady characters abound, and a myriad of smaller victories that have positively impacted the lives of many.

In 2020 alone, Lilogy facilitated over $50,000,000 in PPE items (mainly Nitrile Gloves, Hand Sanitizer, Disinfectant Wipes, and Respirator Masks) to nationwide big-box retailers, hospital groups, government agencies, and a plethora of small businesses. This ever evolving and versatile approach, along with a tireless work ethic and unquenchable thirst for knowledge, has helped take Lilogy on a journey from having ambitious aspirations in the coworking jungle of Brooklyn, to hosting prominent meetings on the 24th Floor of a magnificently grandiose office building in the heart of New York City’s Financial District.

Lilogy’s client list includes WB Mason, Lowes, Home Depot Pro, New York SBS, New York City, State of California, State of Louisiana, Grand and Toy, Office Depot, Servomax, MNVO Partners, RWJBarnabas Health, Imperial Dade, Hunterdon Health, and Atlantic Medical.

Andrew James and Chris Carpenter incubated for years building careers in the business credit investment and capital growth industry. Starting their professions in New York City, then a calculated pivot down to the “Manhattan of the South”, the Brickell area in Miami, Florida, they eventually branched out on their own venture and started Lilogy together. James and Carpenter’s contemporary, innovative, strategic approach and robust social network resources was the impetus for Lilogy to quickly carve out a fresh and highly respected standing amongst its industry predecessors.

Ambitiously, Lilogy had aspirations to impact both the wholesale and retail markets as well, which was a catalyst to bring on Brenton Higgins as a partner. With 10 years of prior experience in the wholesale space, he was well equipped to build out the expanded wholesale division of Lilogy that has allowed the troupe to be a major player in the post COVID PPE fulfillment furor.

It should come as no surprise that the team behind Lilogy boasts diversity from all angles including age, ethnicity, gender, and professional background. Congruent with its truism philosophy, Lilogy’s in-house diversity lends itself (pun intended) to an aspirational culture that matches its innovative spirit.

This gumbo of skill and background allows Lilogy the flexibility and range to execute out-of-the-box transactions that encompass all of a company’s assets, resources, manufacturing potential, and fulfillment obligations that most underwriting firm’s lack the imagination to see the potential or ingenuity to execute. Just as successful entrepreneurs view the world differently, and as Michelangelo saw an angel in the marble before he carved it out; Lilogy sees possibility where others see inability. Stay tuned.
